Revelation Chapter 13 The Beast

I was watching business news a while ago and saw a report about a technology to use your hand to pay bills and to check out at stores. This is nothing new as far as ideas go, but it seems to be very close to reality at this point in time. It got me to thinking about a Bible prophecy from nearly two thousand years ago. Here it is from Revelation chapter 13 in the KJV Bible.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:  And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
